Job description

·       Preparation of Solution Design & Business Blueprints for realization

·       Configuration of Benefits Plans / Eligibility rules / Dynamic Eligibility based on parameters like Employee Groups / Minimum length of Service in the organization / Employee Age / Dependant Coverage Rules

·       Define the Benefits plan coverage for Family members & Dependants like Spouse / Children / Domestic Spouse etc

·       Define Employee & Employer Costs for different variants of Benefits Plans (Health & Insurance)

·       Define Employee & Employer contributions for Savings plans

·       Configuration of COBRA Plans / Processes
