JOB TITLE : Jr Technical Recruiter (US Staffing -Night Shift)
LOCATION : Hyderabad
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 yrs.
SALARY : Best in the Industry

Job Description:
Should have at least 1+ year experience in end to end US IT recruitment
Maintain candidate Database on Daily basis.
Maintain good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
Well versed in using various job boards like dice, monster, Corp 2 Corp etc
Experience with recruiting Green Card, and US citizens.
Able to help the managers with quick return and results with resumes
Experience in recruiting at different levels of hierarchy
Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
Must have ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Team player and willing to work in night shift.
Complete pre-employment processes.
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp).
Willing to join immediately.

Responsible for and should be experienced in - qualifying candidates, negotiating terms and compensation, perform due-diligence including background screenings, reference checks, facilitating drug testing, and managing candidates expectations and employee satisfaction
