Must have skills:

1.       Java/J2EE – 5 years (minimum)

2.       JSF/IceFaces/ RichFaces –  2 years

3.       Spring Framework (MVC, Web Flow, Security) -  2 years

4.       Hibernate – 3 years

5.       Jboss
