Position: Cisco HCS Resource

Location: Allen, TX

Duration: Long Term

 

Description & Required Skills :

 

-          Person should be hands-on with Cisco HCS (Hosted Collaboration Service) platform including CUCM ( Cisco Unified Communication Manager) , CUC ( Cisco Unity Connection),  Cisco Nexus Access and distribution routers.

-          Should be able to trouble shoot VOIP call flows, be able to define and create Dial plans, call routing etc. Preferably should be CCNA Voice, CCVP, CCIE Voice certified.

 

Desired Skills :

 

-          Storage SAN knowledge for NetApp, Databases knowledge
