Position: ASP.Net Developer (MVC Architecture)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 12 Months
Required skills:
• Experience and strong knowledge of developing web based applications using ASP.net (Winforms or MVC) with .Net 3.5/4.0 Framework or higher.
• Must be familiar with ASP.net concept such as ADO.net, State Management, Security (Authentication and Authorization), Page Lifecycle, Error handling and frequently used Asp.net controls such as Data Grids and Validation controls
• Ability to design and fine tune ASP.net web pages for large amount of data and Low bandwidth users.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
• Deep Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts such as classes, Interface, Inheritance, Polymorphism
• Familiarity with .Net Framework concepts such as Assembly, Manifest, Garbage collection
• Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures and queries.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment Preferred Skills
• Experience with MVC
• Experience with Entity Framework
• Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
• Strong Communication.
