Role: Sr. Support/Developer (C#/Silverlight/MVC/WCF/JQuery)

Duration: long term Contract

No. of Positions: 2 – 1 Sr. level & 1 Mid level

Start: Immediate

Location: Frisco; TX - {preferred - local candidates in Dallas area / within 25 miles radius from Frisco}

Visa Status: GCs & CTZ only

 

 Skills & Description:

Senior Support/Developer – C#/Silverlight/MVC/WCF/JQuery

Primary responsibility is to support complex applications which are written using C#, Silverlight, WCF, SharePoint, BizTalk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·          Support critical production systems

·          Debug / Root cause analysis / Fix code issues

·          Communicate the support progress including:

o         Tasks

o         Timelines

o         Milestones

o         Dependencies

o         Outstanding issues

·          Work with Business, PM team, BA, Development team, System support team, DBA team and 3^rd party vendors

·          Plan and develop proactive solutions towards various production issues

·          Development / enhancement of internal tools

·          Minimum to No travelling

Skills

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          5 years development experience in C#

·          Strong Object-oriented programming

·          5 years Web development (ASP.NET / MVC/JQuery)

·          5 years development experience in SQL

·          Familiarity with Microsoft's Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

·          SharePoint experience is a plus

·          BizTalk experience is a plus

·          Silverlight experience is a plus

Education Required

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
