·         Good Pharma Experience (3+ yrs)

·         Good Data Mapping experience (5+ yrs)

·         CDA (Clinical Development Analytics) Experience (min 1 yr)

·         Good experience in Requirement gathering & Business Analysis (4+ yrs)

·         Project management / planning experience is definite plus

·         Onsite / Offshore model exp (2+ yrs)
