Summary Job Description:
Senior Remedy developer with 5+ years of hands-on working experience in the installation, development, configuration, and implementation of BMC Remedy 7.6 and up environment. Developer should have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Remedy 7.6 and later versions, BMC Atrium CMDB, ITSM Suite 7.x and all its modules, Integration engine, and APIs. Strong experience with Remedy ADDM module.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Install, configure and deploy BMC ITSM 7.x and BMC Atrium CMDB 2.x
• The ADDM engineer must have a strong understanding and troubleshooting experience of BMC ADDM as well as BMC Remedy ITSM suite
• Provide subject matter expertise for BMC Remedy ADDM implementation
• Troubleshoot an ADDM solution deployment and presents the resolution to the client.
• Provide initial administration and support of BMC ITSM 7.x and BMC Atrium CMDB 2.x
• Design, build, customize, test, deploy the following based on functional requirements:
- Remedy ITSM applications.
