Must Have Skills:

• Strong QTP automation expertise ( HP QTP V10.0 or above, VB scripting),
• Sound knowledge of Automation framework ( CRAFT, BPT exposure) & needs Exposure to other automation tools
• Must have experience in leading a team
• Excellent Estimation, Planning and inputs to customer on possible areas to automate, doing Proof of concept and demonstrate metrics/ROI
• Ability to work with Customers with onsite exposure, discuss comfortably with solution owners, BA is must
• Good experience at onsite ( min 3 + years) working in On- off model – driving planning from onsite
