Position: ITSM 7.6 Service Request Management
Location: St Louis, MO
Duration: 6 Months
 
Description:
 
•    Work with business and IT partners to gather SR Requirements
•    Provide solutions and engage Process teams to minimize custom build outs and leverage out of the box functionality
•    Design, develop, and test SR's using SDLC best practices
•    Promote and test SRs through Dev, QA, and Production
•    Provide production support and incident management for SRs
•    Create simple to complex work flows with Remedy 7.6 SRM to fulfill business needs
•    Ensures that documented requirements meet quality standards
 
Required Skills:
 
•    Candidate must have 5+ of SRM design and build experience
•    Candidate must have prior experience in ITSM 7.6
•    ITIL foundation preferred
•    Experience with Advanced Interface ("AI")
•    Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
•    Demonstrated technical and business acumen.
•    Has an excellent working relationship with Global Process Owners and Process Management team
