Position: Functional Automation Tester
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 1 Year contract

No.of positions: 15
 
Description:

At least 3+ Years of Functional Test Automation Experience in Enterprise Applications space
Should have good knowledge & experience on at least two automation tools (QTP, RFT, Selenium)
Should have experience in automating Functional (Current Manual cycle) as well Regression (Prev Manual cycle). Basically continuous automating of N-1, N & N+1 functional iterative development, where N is the number of the Iteration
Should have good knowledge and experience in automating multiple Technology stacks - UI, Middleware & Backend
Should have experience in Automating in Agile development methodology.
Should have experience in building Automation Suites using existing functional framework.
Able to Identify and contribute to reusable user defined functions frameworks which comprise of application specific functions and utility functions.
Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to automate to these different Testing needs.
Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test productivity methods like Orthogonal Array, Dependency Structure Matrix
Should be able to do metrics analysis of Automation
Work with developers and other members of QA team to influence early testability guidelines, ensure proper test coverage and overall system reliability, performance, and quality.
