Mandatory Skills: Neo Load & HP Load Runner

Title: Performance Tester
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

5+ of experience in Performance Testing using Neoload and Load Runner 9.50.
Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scripts using NeoLoad and HP Loadrunner.
Maintain existing or newly built Performance Test Scripts for ongoing changes and maintenance to applications under test.
Strong Working Experience with monitoring and analyzing results from performance testing.
Performance Analysis of existing application. Generating reports and coming up with strategy/ plans with regards to performance.
Do System Monitoring during runs and identify bottlenecks.
Review results of the test with various IT teams and clarify any performance concerns noticed
Participate in production release validation to ensure successful deployment.
Document performance-related defects & work with Engineering and product management to minimize defect age.
Ability to thoroughly understand client-server and/or web application architecture
Must be a good team player and have very strong communication skills, customer focus, interpersonal skills and attention to detail and quality
