- Responsible for Identity Access Management, analyzing current client setup and providing feedback for new design if required, suggesting fix packs for future updates.
- 2+ years’ experience delivering Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM) & Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) based solutions including: junction definition, single sign on, Tivolii Directory Integrator (TDI), and security auditing
- 5+ years’ experience delivering custom solutions using Java/JEE technologies: Including Requirement elicitation & elaboration using JAD techniques, Functional user interface design, Technical code specification design, Directing teams of 8-10 developers.
- 8+ years information technology experience in client service/consulting capacity.
- Strong oral & written communication skills – including the ability to communicate upward and downward with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in the State or Local government industry
