Position: Scrum Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 Months+
Responsibilities include:
•Managing the end-to-end delivery of user-facing experiences.
This includes:
• Scoping out the user experience at a wire frame level
• Working with design to refine to final designs.
• Working with usability to insure the designs rock.
• Working with development to identify backend issues from the proposed design and find the right compromises between user experience, performance, and backend complexity.
• Defining relevant and compelling user scenarios.
• Collaborating with our design and research team to prototype and validate your ideas.
• Delivering specs and documentation to development, test, design, editorial and business development.
• Identifying and championing new opportunities.
• Manage product backlog, set priorities, run scrum meetings, identify and drive resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
• Creative and inventive spirit, with a passion for users
• Strong design aptitude with excellent visual and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
• A record of delivering compelling consumer experiences on time and on budget
• You must be a leader: someone who can inspire great work from others
• Strongly desirable for experience with online travel.
• Strongly desired for experience with scrum teams and/or as a scrum master.
