Duration: Long term
Description:
• Large systems design
o Enterprise Application Integration
o Practical knowledge of integration patterns implemented in an EAI product
o ETL implementations
o TIBCO ESB,EMS, BW design and development
o Using UML artifacts including the following diagrams:
o Domain model
o Use Cases
o Sequence
o Functional Decomposition
o Service Oriented
o Practical knowledge of WS-I standards
o SOAP, REST
o Use of run-time policy enforcement technologies
o XML Modeling
o Schema design
o Enterprise data integration
• 10+ years experience designing and developing large systems with the following characteristics:
o High Availability
o Scalable performance
o Service oriented
o Loosely coupled integration
• 5+ years experience deploying applications and services in J2EE and .NET environments.
• 3+ years experience using UML analysis and design techniques, especially use case modeling, sequence diagramming, domain and class diagramming
• 3+ years experience defining and managing system requirements through the system development life cycle.
• 3+ years experience working with non-IT business areas to capture requirements
• 1+ years experience developing standards, working with standards committees
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate by examples and testing.
• Flexibility, team focus, and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience throughout the entire project lifecycle with an emphasis on requirements definition phase.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to reach consensus among diverse IT and business partner groups.
