Max Rate: $50/hr on C2C
 
Description
Experience: 5-7 years in SAP SD or FICO Applications
5+ years experience in SAP BW / SAP BI implementation experience
Teaming and interfacing with the ACS IT & CPS Teams and the SBU's as it pertains to all aspects of Reporting. This includes understanding the site
requirements and performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of reports, and testing to insure conversion success.
Completing key deliverables as assigned such as 'reporting' discovery and 'reporting' functional spec documentation, 'reporting' test scenarios, and
others as outlined in the CP/S deployment methodology.
Responsible for the knowledge transfer / training to local SBU super users and business users.
This position has the additional responsibility of ensuring the global reporting needs and priorities are documented and maintained. This requires
continued alignment with the HSM Deployment teams, Finance & FPA Leaders and other functional business leaders (Service, ISC, Order Management and the like). 
 
 
The scope of REPORTING includes:
Develop and lead the overall Reporting Strategy for Honeywell, and then align by group/function as needed.
Develop report standards, gain management support, ensure standards are in place and adhered to by others.
Test and reconcile approved reports.
Train users, managers and leaders as required to develop proficiency.
Define, train and build  a team of super users within that will serve as key BI experts for all business functions.  Provide regular, focused training and
support for these critical users.
Ensure global alignment of reporting standards, reports and user access through weekly and monthly reviews with global CPS BI leaders and with
other SBU Reporting Leads.
Communicate statuses regularly to the user community.
Review user requirements documentation / specifications for new reports.
Develop simple reports as required, while working with the COE to ensure complex reports are delivered on time and on spec.
Support users by answering basic Remedy and BI security questions; manage Remedy process and priorities for other more complex issues.  Act as
point of escalation within HSM for critical BI issues before they are routed to ACS BI Support.
Provide input to the evolution ACS BI reports.
Educate process leadership on the benefits of the new designs and the change implications for their organization.
Capture, assess and prioritize key business requirement gaps from all sites that are part of a deployment project.
Empowered to make decisions driving to the best business process to keep project moving forward within the Global Template.
Work with HSM process and business owners during the deployment process to ensure business ownership throughout the program.
Be a champion of the CP/S solution and assist in change management activities.
Learn the SAP system to the standard required and ensure that knowledge is effectively transferred to other users.
Map Global User profiles to local business roles in coordination with Super Users and CP/S Functional security point of contact.
Ensure that all users are able to operate new 'reports' effectively with minimum impact to the business.
