JD is as follows
· Experience using Remedy applications on BMC Remedy AR System v7.0.1, ITSM 7.5 or higher
· Perform Remedy workflow configuration (custom workflows) using a GUI
· Experience in modification and management on existing Remedy interfaces (e.g., Asset Database, Parent-Child Case Templates, etc)
· Working knowledge of Helpdesk, Service Desk, ITSM and asset management applications
· Ensure appropriate access to data within the Enterprise database is provided to users, familiar with Remedy admin functions including user account maintenance, group memberships, notifications, CTIs
· Ability to understand and create process workflow documentation and charts
· Maintain documentation on remedy workflow models, data definitions, functions, operating procedures and system specifications/configurations and daily database maintenance
· Participate in Design Reviews
· Experience with business and systems analysis & must be able to work with minimal requirements specification
· Provide technical support to team members or end-users and also provide support to resolve operational problems
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely detail oriented and process driven
· Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
