Position: Cisco Network Engineer – Level-2 Support

Location: Plano TX

Duration: 6 Months + possible extension

 

Requirement:

 

•             Candidate with 4-6 years of experience and worked on complex network environment which includes high end routers, switches

•             Complete CCNP (Routing & Switching) is desired.

•             Highly skilled in BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.

•             Ready to work on different technologies

•             Excellent on verbal and written English communication

•             Excellent Customer handling skills

•             Candidate should be open for 24*7 environments.

 

Job Description:

 

•             Senior Network engineer or Ass. Network consultant –L2.

•             Engineer should have sound knowledge of Routing/Switching and cisco wireless.

•             CCNP

•             At least 4 yrs. of experience in NOC.

•             Good communication skills

•             Engineer has to design and configure routers/switches/WLC for new sites in DPS.

•             He needs to make network reports (inventory/utilization)

•             Need to perform any task related to DCOPS, this may need end to end connection between server and switch.

•             Vendor coordination and attend weekly meeting with vendor

•             Highly skilled in IGP and EGP protocol.
