Must Have Skills:

SSIS, SQL Server 2000

 

Desired Skills:

SSIS, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, C#.Net/Vb.Net, MS-Access/Excel, Strong Communication Skills

 

Job Description:

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting SSIS packages that implement complex ETL processes
• Responsible for converting SQL 2000 DTS to SSIS packages
• Participate in code review and design sessions with DBA team and individual application SME
• Translate present T-SQL model into SSIS packages
• Translate present ActiveX scripts into Vb.Net/C# scripts
• Maintain SSIS packages and documentation in source control
• Participate in production support and data integrity issues when escalated
