Skills & Description:
Oracle HCM Enterprise Architect (Very Senior and Seasoned resource). This individual requires to be very Senior where he/she can build confidence with the customer that Wipro can be the right implementation partner for them. Some additional background to figure out how senior the resource is required to be –
1. Customer has engaged OCS for completing the design and the Global roll out template.
2. It is a fortune 100 company HQ out of Australia and have major offices in US. A very Senior HR Leader reporting into CFO strongly believes that OCS can only handle the design and the requirements.
3. We are placed overall well in the environment. Other than HR leader we have lots of promoter (including CIOs, CFO etc). Our sole objective is to change HR Leader's mind through this resource. She is well caught up on PeopleSoft and SAP HR functionality. She would frequently refer that in the discussion. Does not mean resource must have all of them but if they have the understanding of PeopleSoft, SAP that will significantly be an advantage.
