Requirement / Responsibilities:

 

Must Have Skills:

 

·          Good hands on these technologies (Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, ExtJS, Oracle, Websphere, SVN, Bamboo, Maven)

·          Should be able to handle a team of 2 developers at onsite

·          Should be able to interact with the customer architect and tech lead and provide suggestions rather than taking only inputs from them

·         Onsite-offshore co-ordination

 

Desired Skills:

 

·         Bamboo, Maven

·         Should Understand the technical architecture and design based on the requirements.

·         Should Prepare the technical design documents for the iteration and get it reviewed with customer

·         Help the team in overcoming hurdles on the technical activities

·         Track the tasks for the iteration and make sure it is burning over the ideal burn down line

·         Iteration planning on the user stories
