Qualification:
BE/BS (Mechanical Engg)
Skill-sets:
1) Experience in Industrial Automation and/or Semiconductor Equipment.
2) Knowledge of Tooling's (Lifting device and assembly) and fixture design for clean room applications.
3) Knowledge of semi standards and CE standards
4) Good hands on experience in Pro/Engineer.
5) Design & Analysis experience using Ansys workbench/proMechanica (optional)
6) Tolerance stack up analysis & Geometric Dimension & Tolerencing (GD&T)
7) Ability to read P&ID drawings (added advantage)
8) Knowledge of clean room compatible materials and clean room requirements for mechanical design (added advantage)

Work Profile:
He/She will be responsible for the design and development of machine subsystems used in semi conductor equipment. Will be responsible for completing the concept designs, conduct design reviews, prove the concept with supportive hand calculations and FEA analysis where ever applicable, and complete detailed design and release drawings. Work with the Purchase department to procure and test / validate the design. Should be comfortable working hands on in the lab, for assembly, testing and validation.
He/ She Will are responsible for reviewing the requirements for the tools required. Submit Quotes with Lead times and cost information. Co-ordinate with engineers across multiple locations and be the liaison between the customer and its teams.
