Job Description

Primary Onsite person for the Apriso Flexnet Manufacturing Executive Systems.

Required to have an indepth understanding of the Flexnet Process Builder Tool.

Required to come upto speed and administer the B/E specific Flexnet configuration.

Responsible for ongoing training of the end user community.

Responsible for coordinating with Apriso Global Support (software vendor) to resolve application related   issues.

Assist in the configuration of the Flexnet application for the future MES Needs.

 

Job Requirements

Experience administering and configure Apriso Flexnet (Flexnet Process Builde , Business

Integrator, Machine Integrator.

Experience in developing manufacturing reports and key performance indicators using tools such as SAP Business Objects, Crystal, MS Reporting Service.

Administering   SQL Server 2008, SQL queries, extensive knowledge of stored procedure.

Experience administering OPC Server (Kepware) and managing the interface between OPC Sewer & PLC’s.

Programming experience using Java script, Visual Basic Script, HTML XML, XSLT, Web Services.

Familiar with Application Support process to include: source code control, application change management, application upgrade installation management (e.g., patches), end user support help/problem ticket response closure, working to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Demonstration Aptitude for acquiring and applying technical knowledge in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with shop floor users.

Willingness to perform project based work, including flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity in assigned duties and job performance location.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changes.
