MUST HAVE SKILLS:

 

•             Needs to have Java SWING skills to the web interface – KLA – Tencor is doing standalong SWING

•             Must Have Java Thread Skills

•             Look for folks with Systems background/not just application background

•             Experienced with Software Design Patterns

 

SKILL-SETS:

 

•             8 to 10 years of software development experience in Windows environment using Java Language

•             Understand design patterns and proficient in apply them

•             Strong in Object Oriented architecture and design

•             Strong in requirements management

 

BIG PLUS TO HAVE:

 

•             Proficient in C++ language

•             Solid experience interfacing with hardware through JNI
