Job Description:

 

Red Hat Linux, VMware, IBM/Oracle application servers, Oracle RAC/GRID or EMC SAN certifications a plus

Outstanding customer service skills

Demonstrates strong technical and tactical thinking 

Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Able to work and effectively communicate with IT management personnel, peers, and outside vendors

echnical Skills o Technical background with Linux operating systems such as Red Hat Linux 4/5/6

Technical background with server hardware, F5 and EMC SAN hardware

Technical background with VMware ESX or vSphere. o Technical background with IBM Web sphere or Oracle web/application servers

Technical background with Oracle RAC/GRID database servers
