Job Description:

Red Hat Linux, VMware, IBM/Oracle application servers, Oracle RAC/GRID or EMC SAN certifications a plus

 

Job Requirement:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrates strong technical and tactical thinking 
• Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Able to work and effectively communicate with IT management personnel, peers, and outside vendors
• Technical background with Linux operating systems such as Red Hat Linux 4/5/6
• Technical background with server hardware, F5 and EMC SAN hardware
• Technical background with VMware ESX or vSphere. o Technical background with IBM Web sphere or Oracle web/application servers
• Technical background with Oracle RAC/GRID database servers
