The customer is looking for candidates who either have a Dev background or have capability in White Box testing. Apart from the generic skills of test case writing and automation
• understanding on the architecture and design of the application they worked in
• done either development or testing in web services/ WCF
• knowledge of tools used in debugging and testing of services and SQL
• good in component and integration testing.
