Position: MAC Desktop support – Level 2
Location: Savannah, GA
Duration: Long Term

Visa: GC's OR Citizens ONLY

Description:

MAC Support Technician L2

NOTE: Configure and support Apple handheld devices: iMac, iPhone, iPad, iPod experience is MUST

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience deploying and managing Mac devices in a large scale environment
  • Manage complex, multi-platform environments that include MAC Operating Systems
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management Solutions (MDM)
  • Experience with image deployment and package creation/management
  • MAC/Desktop & Application support experience including:
  • MAC Desktop deployment
  • MAC OSX, Lion, Leopard configuration & support
  • Apple Hardware RMA warranty management
  • Desktop imaging and user profile management
  • Expert knowledge supporting Apple productivity applications: MAC Creative Suite, MS Office, iWork, iPhoto, iTunes, iDVD, iMovie, iTunes    
  • Desktop management experience using tools like SCCM, LANDesk, KACE, Deploy Studio, JAMF Casper Suite
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sound program management, analysis, problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; accomplished in technical writing

Education/Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor degree preferred, strong preference for Computer Science or Computer Info Systems
  • Apple 10.5 or greater ACTC or ACSA certifications a plus
