Location : Jacksonville/Gainesville, FL
Duration: 6 Months +
Description:
Need expertise & implementation experience in Oracle Channel Revenue management & AR Deduction systems. The resources need to know the entire life cycle of the product and customize it to suit CSX needs.
Primary Responsibilities includes:
· Provide functional expertise on the Oracle claims processing to understand the requirements
· Understand & Map the As-Is process on different types of claims
· Map the To-Be process & bridge the pain points
· Provide road map & integration plan for Claims implementation
· Be able to perform application configurations
· Able to complete CRP / UAT & Go-Live activities
