Job Description
- 5 - 7 + years of experience in architecting, modeling, designing and developing ETL mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
- Must have an extensive understanding and experience using various Informatica transformation types and reusable components.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) and ETL concepts, ETL loading strategy, Data archiving, Data reconciliation, ETL error handling, Error logging mechanisms, workflow recovery, standards and best practices.
- Data modeling experience with strong relational and dimensional data model design skills (conceptual, logical and physical model design, experience with ODS, EDW and Data marts).
- Experience with integration of Informatica with SAP and extracting data from SAP source systems.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in design and development of Informatica-Oracle based data warehouse solutions.
- Experience with relational, dimensional, multi-dimensional and OLAP techniques & technology.
- Experience with interfaces such as TOAD, SQL Navigator, and SQL Developer.
