Position            : Business Analyst- Mortgage Banking

Location           : Milwaukee, WI

Duration           : 6 months+

 

Mortgage Banking- Sr. Business Analyst

•          Minimum of 8 years of Mortgage Banking experience (Could be a combination of Technology/Operations)- must have technical aptitude from a requirements perspective

•          Handled Projects in Mortgage Lending and Technology domain

•          Knowledge of complete project life cycle from Requirements Gathering to implementation & Testing.

•          Should have experience in mortgage origination and servicing

•          Good understanding of QA/UAT testing

•          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•          Must have experience in US Residential Mortgage Banking

•          Must have experience in working with large teams, ability to work independently and as a team player

•          Strong time management and organization skills

•          Strong documentation experience

•          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•          Possesses Mortgage Domain Knowledge

•          Gather and analyze requirement clarifications from business units and Client BA and SME.

•          Analyze business requirements for reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements & forms

•          Identify gaps in existing use of software Applications

•          Assist solution walk through’s, gap assessment, providing work around’s, testing and training

•          Develop Master test plans, test cases and assist during testing, monitor and report on results and work within a team on problem resolution.

•          Provide assistance with system and integration testing of software applications with QA

•          Defining and Documenting user procedures and workflows.

•          Update documentation in order to reflect upgrades

•          Participate in defect triage meetings. Daily, weekly, and overall status reporting at defined frequency.

•          Coordinate during user acceptance testing for various software applications
