Mortgage Banking- Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 6 months+

 

Required Skils:

·          Minimum of 10 years of Mortgage Banking experience (Could be a combination of Technology/Operations)- must have technical aptitude from a requirements perspective

·          Handled Projects in Mortgage Lending and Technology domain

·           Knowledge of complete project life cycle from Requirements Gathering to implementation & Testing.

·         Should have experience in mortgage origination and servicing

·          Good understanding of QA/UAT testing

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Must have experience in US Residential Mortgage Banking

·          Must have experience in working with large teams, ability to work independently and as a team player

·          Strong time management and organization skills

·          Strong documentation experience

·          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·          Possesses Mortgage Domain Knowledge

·          Gather and analyze requirement clarifications from business units and Client BA and SME.

·          Analyze business requirements for reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements & forms

·          Identify gaps in existing use of software Applications

·          Assist solution walk through's, gap assessment, providing work around's, testing and training

·          Develop Master test plans, test cases and assist during testing, monitor and report on results and work within a team on problem resolution.

·          Provide assistance with system and integration testing of software applications with QA

·          Defining and Documenting user procedures and workflows.

·          Update documentation in order to reflect upgrades

·          Participate in defect triage meetings. Daily, weekly, and overall status reporting at defined frequency.

·          Coordinate during user acceptance testing for various software applications
