Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Long Term

 

 

Required

 

  *   Back ground in SDLC

  *   Experience with use-case / user stories BRD’s

  *   Experience with waterfall methodologies

  *   Experience with Change analysis / Impact analysis

  *   Comprehensive IT knowledge (includes network / telecommunications / server / database / storage / application development)

  *   Must be on site Monday through Friday 40 hour a week minimum

  *   Must have experience with all of the Office products (excel, word, power point, Visio, project)

 

Good to have

 

  *   Contact center background

  *   Cisco Unified Communications Center & CVP Background

  *   Speech Recognition Background
