Description:
· 5+ years of Oracle BI Exp.
· Oracle BI experience on developing analytics / reporting, Preferably for contact center solutions
· To do development work on platform or packages. The platform is more static and pools in data at Enterprise level from all Contact Center Solutions / Products.
